Local Pickup

We’d be happy to arrange a pickup time for your items at our Warehouse or temporary pop-up. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick-up windows are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, unless requested otherwise.

Please note that clients or third-party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping unless previously arranged with a salesperson.

 
White Glove Delivery
For our larger, more delicate pieces, such as Meyette Collection furniture, fine art, and vintage finds, we offer White Glove Delivery. It's the VIP treatment: blanket wrapping and inside placement.
Just select "White Glove Delivery" at checkout.

UPS Delivery
For smaller items, we ship throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and select international locations.* Our go-to is UPS Ground, which usually takes 7–10 days. Need it faster? Choose 2-Day Shipping at checkout.
We do our best to ship within 5 days, but during holidays and busy times, things might take a little longer. Thanks for your patience and for supporting our small business!
One heads up: UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.
*Shipping rates vary by location. Oversized items may have extra handling fees (you'll see them at checkout). If shipping costs look way off, we'll reach out for approval before sending anything.

Storage Policy
We're happy to hold your furniture for up to 2 weeks (10 business days) at no charge once it's ready for pickup. After the two weeks, storage fees of 2% of the retail price will apply monthly until the item has been collected or delivery has been arranged. Commitment issues? Items held longer than 90 days might be canceled at our discretion.
If Meyette is unable to reach the client within two weeks of notification that the piece is complete and ready for delivery or pickup, Meyette reserves the right to consider the order abandoned. In such cases, Meyette may release the piece for sale without refund of the deposit.
