Returns
All of our pieces are keepers from the get-go and are designated as final sale.
If a piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement.
In special circumstances, Meyette may review return requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
Our goal is always to ensure that each piece is enjoyed for many years to come.
The Measure Twice Rule
Before you buy, make sure your new piece will actually fit through your doors, hallways and elevators. We’d love to help with measurements, but you’re there, and we’re here, so it’s up to you to do the advance scouting. We can’t be held responsible if a piece doesn’t fit. But, we believe in you! So, measure twice, click once!
Missing/Damaged Packages
If we shipped your package and it goes missing or arrives damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours to help file a claim. If you arranged for your own pick up, reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We can’t cover lost or stolen deliveries, but we’re here to point you in the right direction.
